Double oven
The BX 280 double oven from Gaggenau Double oven unit in the international 30-inch format. Halogen side and top lighting. The side-opening glass doors extend the full height of each oven. The tempered glass is backed with stainless steel as shown here, or with aluminum. The new easy-to-use LCD function panel with control knobs and touch-sensitive keys is located between the two ovens. Each oven has 16 heating modes, a temperature probe, and a rotisserie spit. An optional baking stone with its own heating element is available. Accurate electronic temperature control from 30° C to 300° C. Pyrolytic self-cleaning program.
