It offers seamless experiences that allow customers to engage with a range of captivating content reflecting the personalities of the Shinhan Friends and their worldview. A key factor of this café is that all brand experience content is created specifically for the convenience of hearing impaired baristas who operate the cafe. It creates a sense of "linking together" via character media, delivering a positive message of "communication" and "coexistence" to all customers who visit the café.
