Can closure system

The new canpeel can sealing system consists of a multilayer membrane with/without peelable aluminum sealed to a steel ring. The membrane interlayer is printable while the membrane itself is puncture-resistant and easy to open, can be sterilized, and does not have any sharp edges in combination with the ring. Advantages compared to existing can closure systems: Consumer-friendly even for elderly people, no danger of injury (compared to ring pull lids), puncture-resistant (compared to plain aluminium membranes), protected print (compared to outside printed membranes), less (for ex. 12 my) or no aluminum (compared to aluminum membranes of 60-90 my).
