“CARE affair” is a magazine published twice a year by the humanitarian organization CARE Germany-Luxembourg. Each edition focuses on international development cooperation by means of background information and national reports. CARE affair is distinctive due to its unconventional design, which primarily creates lasting awareness of CARE's activities amongst the key target group – school-age girls and boys.
