CAST is an online platform and brand designed to bring together Korean SMEs looking to expand into overseas "Korean Wave" markets. The idea is to extend the reach of the Korean wave or Hallyu, which refers to the spread of Korean culture and contents among relevant industries. The designers applied consistent branding to articulate Hallyu, in the naming, slogan, visual system, and website development. The campaign uses a wave as a visual concept to depict the platform’s core value—encounters that lead to change. The dynamic, future-oriented images of Hallyu are reflected in the pattern and colors.
