CASUSGRILL (CG) is a simple redesign of the aluminum disposable grill. It is only made of sustainable materials – cardboard, natural bamboo, lava rocks, and bamboo charcoal briquettes, without the use of any metals. It boasts better performance, thermal insulation, safer use, and 50% fewer CO2 emissions (due to reduced resource use in manufacturing) than its aluminum predecessor. All materials are biodegradable except the lava rocks which can be returned to nature with no harm. CG is ready in 5 minutes and cooks for more than 60 minutes. No fossil fuel used, nor lighter fluid needed. When finished CG can be disposed of in a waste bin or bonfire – it does not take up to 200 years to decompose.
