Renovation of a 105 sqm single-story building for a young couple and their pet. The 3-bed layout was changed to a practical 1+1 with flexible surfaces, functional kitchen units, and an expanded common area. A standalone changing room, foyer buffer, and two distinct lines of movement for humans and pets were included. The design incorporates the cat's preferences with integrated wall areas, shelves, and zoned ceilings, featuring beautiful curves and material changes. It also includes indirect lighting, elevated angles, and a dedicated pet play area.
