Compact cylinder

Clean Design means increased corrosion protection and a design with smooth surfaces. There are no slots, crevices, recesses or sharp edges, which means fewer places where dust can collect and easier cleaning. The design of the compact cylinder CDC is fully compatible with the very high hygiene requirements of the food processing and packaging industry. The absence of joins and crevices where dirt can gather and the curved surfaces on all sides of the cylinder mean that liquids can easily flow off. The proximity sensors for position sensing are attached to a flange integrated in a profile barrel; mounting screws can be additionally encapsulated. This design makes the cylinder especially good for use in splash zones within systems for the food processing and chemicals industry.
