“Box” serves as the starting point. By embedding, subtracting and extruding the boxes in different directions, the designer creates and lines up a sequence of positive and negative spaces throughout the whole office, which meet various functions. Each single box, having different and unusual proportion and scale, conveys varied emotion. For example, when the natural light penetrates through the opening, the red tunnel-like passage evokes a sense of mystery. While the yellow box offers an immersive space experience due to the unitary color and sound-absorbing fabric used, thus improving the work efficiency and avoiding mutual interference.
