Flamboyant Urbanismo

The Central Hub of Flamboyant Urbanism transforms a former 7,000 m² hypermarket into a civic hub where architecture, art, and nature converge. A new glass skin, green corridors, and mixed programs—restaurant, concert hall, and institutional spaces—create a living dialogue with the city. Inside, a stepped library dedicated to urbanism, architecture, and art hosts talks and gatherings, turning the building into a place to meet, learn, and rethink urban life.
