Permanent exhibition

CERN, Globe of Science and Innovation

The permanent exhibition “CERN | Universe of Particles” mediates the dimension and fascination of the research work which takes place at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN. The visitors experience a world without scale. They move at the sub-atomic level as well as through the vastness of the solar system. Spherical exhibition units are composed to form this content-generated narrative space. All technical devices are integrated, offering a variety of information and interaction. The highlight of this free-flow exhibition is the Mainshow – a dynamic spatial experience that has been staged with multimedia.
