The Chahong Volume Curler is a professional-level hair iron designed for use at home. Chahong Salon is a leading hair salon brand, serving more than 130,000 customers annually. To make a device that offered a professional hair designer’s touch, Chahong Salon and Jiyoun Kim Studio concentrated on the basics. Titanium plating was used on the barrel to ensure high conductivity. The design avoids guiding lines and screws on the handle or buttons so that the iron fits more naturally in the user’s hand. Other attachment parts use hooks and magnets for a pleasant grip. The packaging contains no vinyl or EVA and can be recycled.
