The collaboration between the National Cancer Grid – Koita Centre for Digital Oncology (NCG-KCDO) and ZEUX Innovation aimed to improve the usability and adoption of digital tools in oncology. Through in-depth field research across cancer centers, the team identified key pain points in treatment planning, chemotherapy management, and patient tracking. ZEUX developed two frameworks, SHIFT for auditing existing systems and HEALING for designing intuitive oncology platforms, creating a human-centered blueprint that empowers clinicians and enhances digital adoption in cancer care.
