Design and layout are inseparable, like the clothes covering our bodies, so the layout of this deluxe duplex was extensively modified to synchronize with the lifestyle needs of the owners. The modified layout is enhanced by a simple, refined design with a near- dichromatic color scheme strikingly relieved by restrained splashes of color from flowers and feature pieces. The effect is a property which is absolutely modern, on the edge of trend and providing a deceptively simple backdrop with a hint of mysteriousness, allowing the human elements center staged in the drama of their daily lives.
