Christian Kreuz "Wir sind bereit"

music video

Christian Kreuz presents himself to the world as an extraterrestrial healer. He uses music to bedazzle people, to put them in a state of utmost willingness, ready to receive their dosage of heavenly stardust. Only two courageous security guards (the Disco Patrol) attempt to withstand, but in the end, even they succumb to the power of the orgiastic excitement. Creatively, the print design elements developed by designliga provided the marching orders for the music promo: black, red, white, the collage-like structure of the scenes and the custom built type-face. The scenes are kept visually minimalist and often defined by typography only. For the transitions between scenes, we used a flowing image and camera aesthetic to correspond to the soundscapes of the song. The Combination of 2D and 3D tech-niques adds to the monolithic feel of the clip, whilst the duplication of the characters serves as a symbol of mass dosage administration. The omnipresent stardust symbolizes the power and appeal of the track.
