Dresden’s new streamlined tram is intended to expand the acceptance of public transport in Saxony's capital and enhance the city’s brand identity. The interior is strikingly open with quality design features such as new pictograms and fabrics and stunning panorama windows. It caters to the needs of young families as well as visiting tourists by offering plenty of room, low handrails, and splendid views.

iF Gold Statement

This tram design puts Dresden, one of Germany's architectural gems, center stage without compromising on efficiency, passenger comfort, or safety. Thanks to an expert blend of form and function by büro+staubach gmbh, tourists and natives, the highly mobile and the mobility-impaired alike can 'ride in style' while enjoying panoramic views of the 'Florence of the North'.
