Public Media Art
'CITY' is a project that transforms the urban landscape into media art by using a 1,400-sqm LED billboard in Times Square, NYC, as a canvas. Created with media technology and inspired by the performing arts, CITY recreates life in Manhattan with animated buildings and dancing characters. Each scene is topped with surrealism and ultimately conveys the message that art is the driving force for change. With this project, we are reminding visitors and locals of an essential message of art, inspiration, and tech through a platform representative of digitalized environment and contributing to the bustling city vibe.
