Press-fit paper & steel, 100% circular furniture

CLOOP is a tool-less modular furniture system built from only paper-honeycomb panels and 0.6 mm steel sheet. Parts lock via reversible press-fit slots with no adhesives, laminates or chemical bonds. Paper is die/NCT-cut; steel is NCT-cut and bent with pressed ribs, finished in printed steel. Every part can be hand-disassembled for repair, reuse and high-purity recycling. The product is lightweight (15.8 kg total), robust (60 kg per shelf) and low-noise. It ships flat-packed and assembles in minutes without tools, returning to clean mono-material streams at end-of-life. (Patent pending in Korea.)
