Cloud Forests

Children's playground

This innovative playground has been conceived to awaken a child's senses and create a new play space. Cloud Forests is an installation that caters to all generations where all ages will appreciate its design. The installation primarily consists of three materials: tall flexible pink bars, white balloons, and aluminum wires. When children move within the space, their contact with the bars moves the balloon. The project budget was $4000 for design, installation, and maintenance for 6 months. Cloud Forest is at once metaphor, functional playground, and interactive installation that borrows from the codes of art installations.
