CLOVA (“Cloud Virtual Assistant”), is an AI secretary that connects users and data virtually. CLOVA answers users’ needs by providing information, manages schedules, and recommends music based on user preference. It also controls other AI devices. The CLOVA app has simplicity with a reason. We focused on creating a new screen structure to merge two different modes of use: voice and hand. We concentrated on only showing necessary information with improved readability and, after considering various scenarios, removed unnecessary factors. This special layout better connects users to AI services as users will now get customized content in the most convenient way.
