The Muji Coffee Makers starting point is the landscape of use. It has the shape of a perfect cylinder, making it non-directional a first, meaning that it can sit equally well in a corner of a kitchen or in the middle of a table. This was achieved by wrapping the water reservoir around the filter. The coffee pot is made of vacuum stainless steel, and the stainless steel handle ensures the pot has an attractive appearance even away from the machine, rather than seeming like a mere component. The product has a 5-cup capacity and includes a water filter and thermostatic heater.
