THEWALLDCThis area of the city had been considered in decline by the public in Taipei. In order to break the stereotype, plans and strategies of urban renewal have been carried out, with stimulation of the real estate market one of the main coordinates of the local economic development policy. At the start of the project, the designer first placed emphasis on preserving local features and emotional memories of immigrant settlement through the "gathering" imagery of the buildings, then added in functions of a sales office and customer experience, comprehensively presenting the client's brand image.
