Fast food packaging
A lot of packaging is wasted in fast-food restaurants every day. Because the recycling sign is unclear, people can’t always tell whether the waste can be recycled or not. That’s why our design uses “two different colors” to distinguish between general waste and recyclable waste. People only need to identify the color and put the waste into the same colored bins. Color sends a message that is more basic than language or images. Children, the elderly and foreigners can easily identify colors. Color Matching makes recycling more intuitive and quick and it will encourage people to recycle more as well.
