The Compaq Presario V2000 is a powerful, thin and light notebook designed and engineered for true mobile performance. The V2000 is designed to have a very clean and simple design that emulates a fine case. The robust dark PC-ABS outer enclosure allows the unit to take more bump and scratch abuse on the outside while keeping the silver metallic inside surfaces protected. Surrounding the perimeter of the product is a continuous silver band that locates all of the external interaction points such as connector openings, drive buttons and push latch. The Presario V2000 continues with its simplistic expression on the inside by having only the essential external buttons such as Power, volume and mute simplifying the interface and experience.
