5-ply stainless steel cookware
concept pro, developed on the basis of the latest multi-layer technology, consists of two layers of stainless steel which enclose the three layers of aluminum with no joins. The properties of stainless steel and aluminum are optimally combined: heat is distributed perfectly evenly over the base and sides. Multifunctional lid for extra functionality: normal position firmly in place for low temperature cooking; raised position lid rests on the side handles, raised by 3 mm; ideal for safe draining and for preparation of dishes which easily overcook; parked position lid tucked into the side handle, condensation runs into the inside of the pot.
