The Concept range features a unique multifunctional lid. In addition, a practical measurement scale inside the cookware allows for accurate measuring of liquids and an optimized pouring rim ensures clean pouring of sauces. The modern stay-cool handles are ovenproof up to 200 °C / 390 °F. The capsulated bottom is suitable for all types of hobs. The Concept products are made of 18/10 stainless steel, making them ideal for use on induction hobs. To ensure low-fat food preparation, the frying pans and casseroles have a three-layered, PFOA-free coating with excellent non-stick properties.
