For ROBINSON, the luxury brand of the TUI Group, the print catalog still is a central instrument for customer loyalty and acquisition. For the new edition, an innovative storytelling concept was developed that made moments of happiness in an emotionalizing way the hook. In addition, these stories were extended in the digital e-magazine which was developed for the first time. Readers could access the e-magazine via smartphone by scanning QR codes in the catalog or visiting the domain. To promote this work, a personalized announcement video was produced in-house and sent to selected customers and travel agencies via e-mail.
