The COOLPIX S1100pj represents the second generation of projector-equipped digital cameras. It was designed for use by groups of family or friends. The projector function has been improved for fun interaction with the addition of features such as a touch panel function that allows users to write or draw on projected images, slide show effects that reflect AF information and faces recognized with shooting. At 14 lm projector brightness is 40% greater than that of the previous model, and the front aluminum cover is larger for greater heat dissipation. The COOLPIX S1100pj comes in a variety of two-tone anodized aluminum bodies for fun and elegance.
