Corporate design for Cologne Cathedral
Cathedral logo
Metropolitankapitel der Hohen Domkirche Köln
The new logo for this world-famous place of worship was designed to strengthen public perception and combine various areas of the cathedral under one umbrella brand. The new symbol of the Cologne Cathedral presents a stylized form of the twin towers of the west facade together with the three Magi, whose relics were initially the reason the cathedral was built. Three isosceles golden triangles symbolize a crown and stand for the shrine of the Magi around which the cathedral was built. The upper two triangles reproduce the two towers and their reflection in the Rhine.
