In touch with the citizens while supporting the state the design of a federal ministry must transport special characteristics. It must appear up-to-date, emphasize the public-institutional character and show affiliation to the federal government. This means obtaining a maximum effect under strict general conditions (e. g. the CD guidelines for the federal government). The design relaunch focuses on the existing appearance: color coding of the thematic areas and banderole principle. The new color scheme is expanded through high-contrast color combinations; the banderole optimized in an eye-catching way with a 3D effect.
