Cots Chair

The “Cot Chair” is a baby bed and chair set that provides comfortable seating for parents who are looking after their baby in the cot. The heights of the cot and chair are designed in such a way that the chair perfectly fits the height of the cot. The chair can also be stored below the cot when it's not used. A newborn baby is very precious to parents. They are very focused on taking care of their baby, but they tend to ignore their own needs such as having chairs at the cot that guarantee a comfortable sitting posture when looking after their baby.
The „Cots chair” project is an attempt to solve a serious problem. The baby cot is ergonomic not only for the baby, but for the parents, too. While taking care of the baby the parents has an easy access to it. Mother in the postpartum period may be weak and exposed to back ache when bending over the baby. This project points out this issue.
