The Dutch Council of State had a major challenge: recruiting around 50 new, young lawyers. In the current tight labor market, it is crucial for an employer to gain a good competitive position. We developed a creative recruitment campaign that makes the Council of State stand out among the target group by highlighting the impact of their work beyond their desks: in various aspects of society.
