Booth design at drupa 04

At drupa 2004, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG presented itself as a global leader with a newly-defined strategic positioning. To achieve these goals, architecture, graphics, media and realistic product presentations created a concentrated area for dialogue and first-hand experience on 7,800 m2 of floor space. The clear allocation of space and functionality, supported by a graphics-based traffic system, gave the booth a lucid structure across two halls. The frequently-recurring red “clasp” provided a link element which symbolised both the integrative performance of Heidelberg as a one-stop solutions provider, and the company’s partnership-based relationships with customers. All construction elements, right down to the furniture, were variations on this theme, and derived their forms from it.
