20 inch folding pedelec

CYOOO is a pedelec which bases upon a 20“ folding bike. During the development the focus was on the integration of the pedelec components and an user-friendly handling. Thus the movement of the head tube e.g. is transferred to the fork. Therefore, the fork is folded in automatically when the head tube is pushed down. The sandwich construction of the frame enables the integration of the components (electric motor, rechargeable battery etc.) to the inner part. It consists of hard plastic (e.g. ABS, ABS+PA) and will be bonded with the outer skin. The outer skin is cut out of an aluminium plate with a laser and will be bent in shape afterwards.
