Health center/gym juice bar design

The Warehouse Gym is located in Dubai Design District, home to the region’s fastest growing design community. The client’s program included a gym, juice bar, cycling studio and circuit factory in a space of only 6,000 square feet. Working with an irregular plan, we inserted the different functions in a cube in the center of the space. Our challenge was to deliver a boutique facility that is inspiring, authentic and contextually consistent with a leading destination for design, art and culture. Inspired by brutalism in architecture and underground fight clubs, we used uncommon materials such as concrete bricks combined with brushed brass details to make it look current.
