Dawujie Christian Church redefines the relationship between faith and daily life. Located at a street corner in Tainan’s old town, the design opens the church toward a nearby park, blurring the boundary between sacred and civic space. A communal kitchen and gathering area on the ground floor invite neighborhood interaction, while the upper floors house a serene chapel and a bright children’s playroom. At night, the softly glowing cross becomes a quiet symbol of openness and care within the community.
