The “Dell Inspiron Duo” is a convertible, premium netbook PC that converts into a tablet PC, or maybe it’s a tablet PC that converts into a standard netbook! It has been designed to support both productivity and entertainment activities such as reading emails and e-books to playing games and watching videos. Targeted for families with kids, students, and technology savvy youth, the “Dell Inspiron Duo” form factor was designed to look and feel intentional and proper in either configuration mode. The big engineering surprise is the screen hinge system that easily converts the screen position 180° from a standard netbook orientation to a tablet orientation.
