bayern design encourages dialogue on the subject of design and is actively working on a design information platform focussed on Bavaria. The progress report the second in a series of publications planned for the next few years makes use of unusual typographical principles such as the insertion or removal of text paragraphs. Reading the report therefore indirectly challenges us to concern ourselves with design and forms. Exposing new angles and perspectives is one of the fundamental abilities of design. The report attempts to do this by use of layout, such as the poster which surrounds the cover.
