To innovate the IT developer experience, we created the five Challengers with different personalities that embody the company’s missions and slogan and conducted a project to operate a tech blog, carry out recruitment, promote conferences, and develop merchandise, driving innovation in the organizational culture. Each company member chooses a Challenger as their character and participate in blog activities using a nickname. The Challengers are also used in promoting the company's technologies and events, enabling organic communication among members and increase a sense of belonging and pride in those who collect the Challengers merchandise.
