Guide unit
Guide and cylinder have been combined into a compact unit in the DGRF, which is based on the same concept as existing Festo drives. The DGRF has been developed specially for the food and packaging industry, and fulfills the strict requirements for corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning and stringent hygiene demands prevalent in these sectors. Thanks to its stylised design without corners, slots and edges, theres hardly any chance for dirt to accumulate. The surfaces are curved and specially finished, so that liquids drain off quickly. Residual water is removed by easy-to-clean wipers on the guide rods.
