Soft robot hand

A century of rubber technology has now led us to SOFTROBOTICS. Our Soft Robot Hand embodies the very concept of it. While recent evolution of AI gave great flexibility to robot brain, that of robot body has yet to catch up. What we created is a robot who moves freely by air. It has excellent flexibility, changing the shape of fingers and even body. Covered by seamless knit normally used for fashion, we propose a new design method of robot who can live together with humans. How it deals with situations flexibly sets itself apart from factory robots which repeat certain actions. It’s something who interacts with its surroundings, like DIALOGUE.

iF Gold Statement

What a delightful proposal for the future of robot and human coexistence! This unexpected vision combines soft materials, 3D knitting and strong colors in a friendly, fun and unconventional application.
