This cookware has a simple modular design, complete with phenolic and stainless steel handles, including fixed or detachable options. Each product is individually hand cast and made in Germany and features a DIAMOND XR coating. The extraordinary new DIAMOND XR coating features our plasma hard base coating, a ground-breaking base layer and a diamond-reinforced extra-thick top layer to withstand metal kitchen utensils. The abrasion-resistant non-stick rough surface is fantastic. Cooking juices get trapped between the food and the surface helping to produce the most tender, juicy and tasty dishes – and all without sticking to the base.
