Liquor packaging

Guizhou Diaoyutai State Guest Wine Co., Ltd.

This packaging is for high-end Chinese wine which is served at banquets in the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. This is the wine that Chinese national leaders serve to distinguished foreign guests. It thus represents China’s ceremonial image. The dragon pattern was chosen to represent the highest image of ancient China as the main element in the design. The design adopts a complicated and simple comparison method; the cap is extremely ornate while the bottle is very simple. This contrast conveys seriousness and a unique Chinese style.
