A successful, attention-grabbing online campaign from WDCS masterminded to prevent a relaxation of the commercial whaling ban. The idea is based on the poignant short story of JENNY, narrated by actor Mario Adorf. What initially sounds like the tale of a little girl turns out to be the real-life nightmare of a whale cow. Although brutal details are not omitted, these are deliberately not shown visually. Instead, viewer empathy is solicited via mental cinema.
