Sales center

A multipurpose structure comprising a real estate sales center, cafe, showroom, exhibition center, and activity spaces: The overall concept is based on the traditional Taiwanese U-shaped courtyard home, reminiscent of the old days. Constructed using modern methods, the traditional vocabulary is reinterpreted through the steel structure, glass, and other elements. Various functional spaces surround the inner courtyard, and there is a mezzanine space for workshops, exhibitions, and commercial events. The building is now a happening venue open to all, not just a business and sales center. It successfully conveys a more positive corporate image and initiates a dialogue between the past and the present.
