With Discover Steel, ThyssenKrupp continues a series of image books that illustrate the facets of steel as a material and implement them in unusual ways. "Mobility unites" displays the dimensions of spatial and mental flexibility which would be impossible without steel. Six worldwide travelogues using six different forms of transportation take readers on journeys that have been individually devised following a book-in-book concept. "Connections" and "motion" are the creative themes. They range from the "moving" three-dimensional title and the layout to the typographical design based on lines, the connection between two points.
