Safety dispenser

Replacement dispenser for ten utility knife blades, designed to ensure the user's safety when handling the product. It consists of a plastic dispenser that lifts a blade outwards, returning and preparing for the next use automatically. The internal structure was developed to accommodate two different types of blades. The blades are mounted with the cutting side facing inwards, preventing users from injuring themselves when using the product. The translucid material makes it easy to see whether there are any blades in the dispenser. The colors used (yellow dispenser and brand name in red) are imposed by the manufacturer, which already uses such colors with its other product lines, whereby the yellow is a citric hue that helps users easily identify the product at a point of sale, as well as in their toolbox or drawer. The product is made out of injected polypropylene, with one of the lid sides affixed to the base, preventing the product from opening up in the event it falls.
