Public Art

This project is Seoul Metropolitan Government’s public art project, "Seoul is a Museum", and it has transformed the old Seoul Station parking ramp into a cultural and artistic space for the citizens. The unique spatial structure of the closed ramp, characterized by its Double Helix design, preserves history and time. Collaborating with artists, scientists, and citizens, this space has been reactivated to bridge the past, present, and future, enabling the movement of time and space. It has been realized as an outdoor art museum for the public, offering art that connects past, present, and future while preserving the essence of public space.
