DoctorNow
Telemedicine and drug delivery app
DoctorguideDoctorNow is Korea's first telemedicine and drug delivery app that helps resolve some of the country's barriers to receiving medical care. The country's medical system is strapped by physician shortage, which makes getting a doctor's appointment highly competitive. People with disabilities in urban areas have trouble obtaining care because of a lack of barrier-free access. Thirdly, there are only a few medical centers open at night. Doctornow tackles these obstacles by providing online doctor consultations and medication delivery. The virtual doctor's appointments let patients get medical advice and prescriptions regardless of time and location. Moreover, patients can get medication delivered within 30 minutes.
