Hospitals have a legal obligation to archive and keep physical copies of medical documents for a certain time. This leads to a tremendous amount of document output, verification and scanning which can be time-consuming for doctors and nurses in a busy hospital setting. We were able to define the visual communication required for optimizing medical documents to help simplify the process of scanning and printing the necessary documentation, leading to an increase in staff productivity.
